FAQs

How do I find your suite?

You’ll find the salon inside 250 City Centre, a high-rise marked by a bold red “250” above the main entrance. Please look for the Be U Lounge signage upon arrival.

Once inside the building, take the hallway immediately to your right. Continue down the corridor, and you’ll find Suite 3 on the right-hand side.

Is there parking?

There is a large parking lot available on-site. Parking is managed through the Indigo Neo app—please download the app in advance, add your vehicle details and payment information, and register your parking session upon arrival. Parking is complimentary in 90-minute increments.

What products do you use?

For styling and at-home care, I use Keune, a professional Dutch haircare brand known for its high-quality, science-backed formulas.

For colour services, I use Oligo Professionnel, a salon-exclusive colour line recognized for its clean formulation, vibrant results, and exceptional shine.

How can I book an appointment?
